1. Taraflar ve kapsam
Bu şartlar, İnternational Positive Group Sağlık ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi’ne ait web sitesinin ve şirketin sunduğu dijital pazarlama, iletişim yönetimi ve sağlık turizmi danışmanlığı hizmetlerinin kullanımını düzenler. Siteyi kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
2. Hizmetin niteliği
Şirket, sağlık ve estetik kliniklerine pazarlama, iletişim ve danışmanlık hizmeti verir. Şirket bir sağlık kuruluşu değildir; tıbbi teşhis, tedavi veya sağlık hizmeti sunmaz. Site üzerindeki hiçbir içerik tıbbi tavsiye niteliği taşımaz. Tedaviye ilişkin kararlar yalnızca yetkili sağlık kuruluşları ve hekimler tarafından verilir.
3. İletişim ve yönlendirme
Site veya reklam kanalları üzerinden iletilen talepler, ilgili kliniğe yönlendirilir. Randevu oluşturulması, hizmetin verilmesi ve fiyatlandırma ilgili kliniğin sorumluluğundadır.
4. Fikri mülkiyet
Sitedeki metin, görsel ve tasarım öğeleri Şirket’e veya lisans verenlerine aittir; izinsiz kopyalanamaz ve çoğaltılamaz.
5. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Site içeriği bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Şirket, içeriğin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını taahhüt etmez. Sitenin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan Şirket sorumlu tutulamaz.

8. Değişiklik ve uygulanacak hukuk
Şirket bu şartları güncelleyebilir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır ve İzmir mahkemeleri ile icra daireleri yetkilidir.

The Company is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical diagnosis, treatment or health services. No content on this site constitutes medical advice. Treatment decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare institutions and physicians.

Enquiries submitted through the site or advertising channels are referred to the relevant clinic. Appointment scheduling, service delivery and pricing are the responsibility of that clinic.
